A traditional marionette performance, based on the story by Hans Christian Andersen. A beautiful & lyrical production with Chinese flute music by Yue Guo. A nightingale sings and charms the Emperor, until a mechanical bird takes its place. When the mechanical bird explodes, the real nightingale returns to sing on its own…
Suitable for ages 4 – 94

The show lasts about 1.5 hours, including an interval in the middle. Optional after show – ask questions, meet the puppets & puppeteers and take photographs.
