A spectacular performance, involving a mixture of 40 rod and string puppets. Based on the Grimm’s fairy tale, performed on a revolving stage, set in medieval times with traditional period music. This show appeals to all ages, both children and adults.
Will evil be conquered by good?
Can anything be done to undo a spell cast by the evil witch, Carabos?
Can frogs really talk?
This was our fourth production, originally staged in 2006, and the first one to combine rod puppets with marionettes. The towers of the castle drew open to reveal the palace settings and rod puppets appeared in the side towers behind gauze for the scene where Sleeping Beauty pricked her finger with a spindle and the residents of the palace fell asleep for a hundred years.
