Originally from UK, Annemarie has lived in Malawi since 2016 writing, recording and performing with a wide and talented range of Malawian musicians to create the album ‘Blue Sky Thinking’. Her music is a celebration of collaboration with the album featuring over forty musicians, capturing experiences, emotion and culture. Annemarie has collaborated with many Malawian musicians and has performed at a large number venues and festivals across the country exploring the blending of her UK singer songwriter style with Malawian vibes. Annemarie also works at The Jacaranda School For Orphans as Arts Programs Consultant with Raising Malawi and is CoFounder of The Mangolongondo Movement, An arts organisation to uplift, promote & celebrate Malawian artists.
